01 — ABOUT

Interaction First.
Knowledge Second.

The Wealth Week Cyprus is not just another financial conference . It is a newly emerged  knowledge and investment platform focused on interaction, combined strutured discussions that is designed to generate real engagement between clients, entrepreneurs, family offices and  professionals who manage, protect, move and grow private capital across borders.

Combining keynotes, panel discussions and open-floor conversations, the event creates the conditions for rewarding exchange — between private clients and fintech founders, between advisors and family offices, between digital asset specialists and regulatory and tax professionals that come from UK, Cyprus, Switzeland , UAE, USA to share the knowledge and experience.

Set against the backdrop of Limassol — one of the fastest-growing international wealth destinations in the Eastern Mediterranean — the Wealth Week Cyprus 2026 is where the conversations that matter actually happen.

Chief Investment Officer

DPRG Investment Management

Cyprus

Michael leads investment selection, risk management, and portfolio operations at DPRG Investment Management (DPRG IM). He pioneered a risk-averse approach to reinvesting quasi-equity released from hard assets — real estate, yachts, and aircraft — into diversified capital markets and has built a multi-year verifiable track record proving the strategy's viability. The dual alpha-generation and risk-management engine behind DPRG IM's turn-key product is continuously refined as new quantitative and big data tools become available. Michael had formulated both proprietary Long Only Absolute Return Strategy (LLARS) and Arbalest Absolute Return Strategy (AARS), a convex enhancement allowing for synthetic short overlay for high-risk mandates. LLARS & AARS are the main vehicles to deliver alpha for DPRG IM’ discretionary separate account management offering as well as its advisory & order transmission business. Michael has over 25 years of buy-side capital markets experience across global equity and fixed-income mandates, complemented by more than a decade in real estate development and sales, with several million square meters of residential and commercial real estate built and sold. Michael is a CFA charter and CySEC Advanced Certificate holder. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Banking from the Moscow State Academy of Economics and Statistics and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco's McLaren School of Business.

With an elite academic foundation from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), he combines deep theoretical knowledge with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to digital transformation. A Legacy of Large-Scale Innovation Before co-founding Ryon.ai, Evgeny led some of the most complex technological initiatives in the industry. His track record as a lead architect includes: NHL Business Intelligence: In collaboration with SAP, Evgeny served as the lead architect for a groundbreaking BI solution for the National Hockey League (NHL). Amsterdam Urban Automation: He spearheaded the automation of the Amsterdam City transportation and parking infrastructure. This project involved innovating a situational management system for automated parking monitoring and street-level event management, setting a new standard for smart city logistics. Pioneering Media, Robotics, and Autonomous Agents Evgeny’s entrepreneurial journey is marked by his success in pushing the boundaries of immersive media and robotics. He founded DriveCast, a company specialized in Augmented Reality (AR) for live television production. Drawing on his extensive experience in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, and Smart Production, he excels at consolidating chaotic data streams into high-fidelity foundations for AI. His methodology is strictly Security-First, ensuring that all implementations are fully scalable, GDPR-compliant, and data-secure. By moving beyond experimental “chatbots,” Evgeny ensures that AI initiatives deliver quantifiable ROI and operational optimization. Conference Expertise At this event, Evgeny offers unparalleled insights into: Formalizing Technological Strategies: Navigating the transition from legacy systems to AI-native architectures.
